The BD Diesel Performance 6R140 ProForce 4D Torque Converter is engineered for hard-working and modified 6.7L Power Stroke diesel applications. Designed to withstand heavy towing demands, this torque converter is rated to support up to 900 plus horsepower.

The CNC-machined forged cover is built to prevent warping and improper balance while accommodating the increased clutch count without sacrificing strength. A custom-engineered piston, billet bearing hub, release springs, and backing plate retain the factory captured clutch design, delivering the smooth drivability 6R140 owners expect while significantly improving durability and holding power.
