Clutch and Hydraulic Upgrades

• 30 to 40 percent more clutch material with additional steels

• Tighter clutch packs provide quicker, more positive shifts

• Machined components for improved apply force and durability:

  • Direct piston and pressure plate

  • Intermediate pressure plate

  • Overdrive piston and pressure plate

• Heavy duty snap ring and blow off valve prevent runaway pressure and case damage

• Heavy duty regulator valve prevents cross leaks

• Plastic valve body pressure plugs replaced with aluminum plugs

• Solenoids hard wired for improved high temperature resistance

Internal Lubrication and Pump Improvements

• Reworked front pump

• Improved internal lubrication using high power boost valves

• Added lube circuits for critical rotating components

• Sure-Loc snap rings for improved retention
