17-23 FORD F250/F350 ADJUSTABLE TRACK BAR
A track bar isnāt usually top of mind when considering a suspension lift, but the Carli Suspension 2017 Super Duty Track Bar changes the game. Engineered as a geometry correction, it features 1.5ā³ OD x 3/8ā³ wall DOM construction with direct-threading for a massive FK Bearing heim joint and Carliās Encapsulated Uniball (CUB Joint) in a fully welded and strap-gusseted housing.
NOTE: Some 2017+ Super Duties required a slightly shorter track bar. The CS-FATB-17 was shortened 1/4ā³ overall from the original CS-FPRB-17. The Gold Jammit Nut indicates this change.
Dual FK Bearing pivots allow the bar to cycle freely without binding from factory bushings while providing vibration damping. The Encapsulated FK Uniball is rated to -110°F with no cracking, deformation, or loss of damping. Both the heim and uniball are rebuildable.
A 1-1/4ā³ FK Bearing heat-treated Chromoly Heim Joint is secured with Carliās proprietary Jammit nut, offering 100% more clamping surface than standard jam nuts.
Designed for 2.5ā³ and 4.5ā³ lift systems with OEM steering geometry, the track bar includes axle-spacer configurations to match the factory steering arc for each lift height. This ensures minimal steering wheel feedback without requiring drop brackets.
The Track Bar is arguably the most important, yet overlooked, component in the front end. A worn factory bar can result in loose steering, improper axle alignment, bump steer, death wobble, excessive road noise, and driver fatigue.
