The Carli Pintop Suspension System takes everything that makes the Backcountry kit great and turns it up another level. This is Carli’s most popular all-around system, delivering exceptional on-road comfort, sharper control over rough pavement, and completely composed performance during light to medium-duty off-road use. It is the jack-of-all-trades setup for Super Duty owners who want major ride quality improvements without stepping all the way into a full race-oriented system.

At the heart of the Pintop are Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5-inch shocks at all four corners. With 55 percent more piston surface area than a 2.0-inch shock, these dampers dramatically improve control, consistency, and ride quality. Carli developed custom pistons and tuned the shocks specifically for the heavy-duty truck platform, then finished them with machined and polished 17-4 stainless steel shafts for superior durability and corrosion resistance. Combined with Carli coil springs, an adjustable track bar, stainless brake lines, radius arm drop brackets, caster correction, and rear spring options tailored to how the truck is used, the Pintop delivers outstanding ride quality per dollar spent and remains one of the most balanced Super Duty systems available.

• King shocks use plated steel bodies and should be protected in harsh climates for best long-term appearance.

• Vehicles exposed to severe weather should consider wrapping the shock bodies in 3M protective film.

• Rear Add-a-Pack systems retain more payload capacity, while Full Progressive Leaf Springs provide the best ride quality.

• F-350 trucks, along with F-250 Tremor and high-capacity tow package trucks, are best matched with Full Progressive Leaf Springs due to the heavier factory rear spring pack.

• If maintaining payload is critical with Full Progressive Leaf Springs, an aftermarket airbag system is recommended.

• The Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack shifts the rear axle slightly forward for maximum clearance with 37-inch mud-terrain tires at full compression.
