DEI Titanium 4" x 24" Knit Exhaust Sleeve (Part #10040)

The DEI Titanium 4″ x 24″ Knit Exhaust Sleeve is a heavy-duty thermal protection solution designed to shield wiring, rubber components, lines, and undercarriage parts from destructive exhaust heat. Constructed from high-temperature-rated knitted titanium material, this sleeve withstands a peak temperature of 1800 °F with a continuous rating of 1382 °F, making it ideal for use on larger exhaust pipes, manifolds, and turbo plumbing.

Unlike traditional exhaust wraps, this knitted sleeve is designed to expand up to 1.5 × its normal diameter, allowing it to slip over flanges and oxygen sensor threads before cutting to length and rolling the ends for a clean installation. Includes stainless steel locking ties and a tie tool for secure attachment.
