DV8 Off-Road front bumpers are crafted from high-tensile 3/16" steel with 1/4" reinforcements in key areas, supporting up to a 12,500 lb. winch and two shackle mount points. Each bumper undergoes a two-step powder coating process: first, a proprietary corrosion-resistant compound is applied, followed by a textured black, UV- and scratch-resistant powder coat.
