LBZ Duramax Injectors (2006-2007)

Enhance your vehicle's performance with our S&S Diesel LBZ Duramax Injectors, engineered for precision and reliability. Our proprietary nozzle honing process ensures clean and consistent holes, allowing your injectors to perform at their best.

• Nozzles are flow-matched to a 1% variance per set, adhering to OE standards.
• Each injector is flow-matched to a 3% variance per set (except TorqueMaster) at Viscor SAE-J967, 40 degrees C, 100 bar.
• Featuring four different pressure/energizing points per injector, our injection profiles (rate shape) are meticulously aligned.
• Injector build specifications are custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for each size.
• For sizes 250% (3200 cc/min) and up, our injectors include internal body modifications for improved performance.
• Increased nozzle flow optimizes the open/closing time, enhancing the injection rate shape.

Options:

• Available as brand new or Bosch remanufactured bodies.
• We exclusively utilize reman bodies direct from Bosch for superior quality, which sets us apart from Bosch-certified remans.
