The restrictive internal cooling fins have been replaced with high-flow stainless steel tubing, reducing clogging while improving exhaust gas flow, durability, and long-term reliability.

Each EGR cooler is built with high-quality TIG welds and pressure tested to ensure leak-free operation. Designed as a direct-fit replacement, installation is quick and straightforward and does not require removal of the intake manifold. Detailed installation instructions are included. This EGR cooler is designed specifically for 2003 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines found in Super Duty F-250, F-350, and Excursion models.
