By eliminating restrictive internal cooling fins and replacing them with high-flow stainless steel tubing, this EGR cooler significantly reduces clogging while improving exhaust gas flow, reliability, and durability.

Each EGR cooler is constructed with high-quality TIG welds, pressure tested for leaks, and designed as a direct-fit replacement. Installation is straightforward and does not require removal of the intake manifold, reducing install time. Detailed installation instructions are included to make the process even easier. Designed specifically for 2003 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines in Super Duty F-250, F-350, and Excursion models.
