Carli Coilover Suspension – Dodge Super Duty

The Carli Coilover System builds on the proven Backcountry platform and takes it to the next level. Designed for on-road comfort, off-road performance, and future upgrade potential, this system offers adjustability, aesthetics, and the option to upgrade to the Coilover-Bypass system by adding Carli-tuned front and rear bypass shocks.

Shocks & Performance

• Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5" coilovers up front, with piggyback reservoir shocks in the rear

• Custom pistons and base flow rates tuned for heavy-duty trucks

• Machined 17-4 stainless shafts—no coating to wear off, weather-resistant, and serviceable if chipped

• King oil rated to -55°F; plated steel bodies with optional 3M wrap for moisture protection

• 55% more piston surface area than factory 2.0" shocks, providing improved damping and control

• 4.5" front lift with Carli Coilover Conversion Bracket

• Radius Arm Drop Brackets reset pivot points for linear travel and improved ride

• Long-Travel Airbags available to restore factory payload on heavy-duty builds

Additional Notes

• Trucks with factory 2" blocks may require a 3-5/8" block when paired with Add-a-Pack kits for proper leveling

• Designed for both F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks; F350 benefits more from Full Progressive Leaf Pack due to stiffer factory springs

• Future-ready design allows upgrade to Coilover-Bypass system with additional shocks
